Warren Shanti

Germany

I am Warren Shanti, a handpan player and teacher from Bochum, Germany. By playing and sharing my music, I offer something meaningful, a universal language to tell my story to all listeners - human, animal or any other living being.

For me, the Handpan is a gentle invitation to a dreamlike space in which time passes more slowly, worries fade and only the present moment remains. In this space we find peace, grounding and pure joy.

But what really touches me? It's seeing how my music can touch others. Watching smiles, feeling the emotions released during my performances, the deep, unspoken connection I feel in retreats, and the sense that these vibrations create space for healing, relaxation and presence, both personally and globally via social media.

In 2022 we founded our duo „AlcheMyst Handpan“ with my soulmate Vince (manufacturer of Mystical Steel Handpans).

In 2024 I met the love of my life: Isabelle, known as „Hangala Music“, also a handpan player and teacher. Together we naturally founded our duo Wild-Ekoh and began the most beautiful, soul-connecting musical journey of my life.

That's why I share the Handpan through songs, performances, private lessons, workshops and retreats throughout Europe and online worldwide.

This is my gift to you. And your presence and support on this incredible adventure are the greatest gifts for me ❤️

His ability to „transform“ the handpan into a piano, so to speak, and to explore a wide spectrum of timbres and nuances adds a special dimension to his music. It's not just about playing - he creates a space in which listeners can lose themselves and find themselves again at the same time. The result is an experience that goes beyond mere listening and invites reflection, introspection and dreaming.

Each of his performances is an inner journey in which every „note“ represents a step and musicality becomes a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious, between the tangible and the intangible. His music is not mere entertainment, but a transformative experience.

Hangala (Isabelle)

Germany

My name is Isabelle Kohtz and I perform under the stage name Hangala. Years ago, I was fascinated by the magical sound of the handpan. When my first instrument arrived, I knew immediately that it wasn't just music, it was a calling.

As a highly sensitive person, the handpan has become a powerful tool in my everyday life. Its gentle resonance offers me the opportunity to process the world with gentleness and presence. I can express deep emotions through the handpan, find peace and relaxation in everyday life and connect with others beyond words. It helps me to create spaces where sensitivity is strength and emotions become music.

Petra Kleinecke (HandpanDance)

Germany

Petra loves to convey the language of music: improvising, expressing herself, experiencing flow. For her, this is the essence of making music. Latin percussion and leading a samba group led her to study music education. In 2017, she finally discovered the handpan - an invitation to creativity and expression. Since then, she has increasingly focused her musical and pedagogical work on this instrument.

She deliberately decided to develop a solo program without electronic effects for her concerts. She wants to let natural vibrations have their effect in their intensity. Her pieces reflect different moods, from calm and spherical to rhythmic and danceable. A special feature are songs from the Singing Circle, which she performs instrumentally on the handpan or sings together with the audience.

As a handpan teacher - in Bremen and online - she helps people to develop their musicality with joy and ease. Appreciative and in small steps, she conveys confidence in one's own abilities so that playing the handpan can become a valuable resource in everyday life.
